Return Policy

Here at AutoPop, we have a "7-days return” policy. If the customer is not 100% satisfied with the purchase, he/she can call our customer care to return the product.

Following are the guidelines which you have to strictly follow before and after buying our Aesthetic and Sports supplements:

  • When you call our customer care executive for the returning purpose, you can request for a 'return with courier collection’. In this case, you will be given a bill for the courier at your doorstep.
  • If your pincode is unserviceable for reverse shipments, you will be required to ship back the product to us.
  • After shipping you are requested to send us the Docket Details of the shipment along with Shipment Booking details.
  • Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will get checked by our team in order to get approved.
  • Please understand that we will not be able to approve the returned product that has been tempered by any means.
  • Products that involve installation are not eligible for return once the product has been installed. There might be a possibility of partial refund depending upon the condition of the product returned.
  • The return policy is not applicable on Consumables like Engine Oil/ Coolants/ Brake Oil etc. All the goods must be in the original condition and must not be tempered. As you can understand, any product once opened cannot be resold and the vendor cannot bear this loss.

Replacement Policy

If any product that has been ordered from our online store, is not received in good condition or is damaged then it is eligible for replacement as per terms mentioned below.

Conditions for replacement:

  • As a matter of precaution please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
  • Please contact our customer care immediately if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged or if the wrong product is delivered.
  • All our products are insured against theft and damage. If you receive any product damaged during shipping please contact our customer care immediately and we will have it replaced for you. The insurance is valid till the product is delivered to the customer. Any theft or damage that happens after the delivery will not be covered by the insurance.
  • A timeline of “3 days” is provided in case the buyer wants to get the product replaced.
  • Replacement of the product is provided for same product or similar category and not for a product of another category, even if price is same or less.

You may return the product to us in the following ways:

  • You may contact our Customer Care executive within 7 days of having received the product and request a return (7 days) or exchange (3 days).
  • Once you have approval from Customer Care, depending on the courier location we will either get the product picked by the logistic partner along with the original invoice or ask you to ship the product back to us.
  • In case where you are asked to reverse ship the item, the shipping cost will be refunded as per amount paid in forward shipment, same or lesser value.
  • We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original invoice and packaging.
  • Once the damaged product is back in our warehouse we will initiate the refund. Please understand that banks usually take up to 10 business days to show the money in your account, from the time the refund is initiated.
  • NOTE: -No refund will be processed in case a wrong/fake product is sent back.

Refund policy

We will refund the money only by the way the payment was made. If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. Should you require a Cheque refund, the same can be provided and the Cheque will be valid for 90 days from the day of signing, and will be delivered to your address.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product at our warehouse. Generally, the refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in the case of payment by Cheque, it may take a few extra days for the Cheque to be delivered to your billing address and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the Cheque.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Card holder's credit card account as that is managed by the Card holder's issuing bank.

Cancellation policy

  • Please call our customer care for the cancellation process, by sending us an enquiry mail at
  • You can cancel your product before it is shipped and we will refund you the entire amount.
  • Any cancellations requested after the product is shipped cannot be considered. The only option left at that point is rejection of parcel at the time of delivery.

What is the general return policy on AutoPop?

7 Day Return Policy

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at AutoPop - you can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.

If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we'll gladly take it back within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer. We can also reverse the COD amount in your account through bank details or UPI.

What should I do if I receive a Damaged item, wrong product or missing units in my order?

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at or call us on 011-43065157 within 3 days of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund, AutoPop Cash (store credit) or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.

Terms for return & refund

Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:

1.Damages due to misuse of product

2.Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product

3.Any consumable item which has been used or installed

4.Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers

5.Combos sold won't be taken back/returned as individual units

Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered

I need to return an item; how do I arrange for a pick-up?

You can Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through SpeedPost courier service and share tracking details and we will return the courier costs.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference.

There are two modes of refund:

AutoPop Cash - If you choose this option, the amount will be added to your AutoPop cash.

Back to Source - In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.

Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, AutoPop will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference.

What is the validity period of AutoPop cash?

The validity period of AutoPop cash is generally 90 days from the date of issue. The validity can be further extended by 15 days. Please check your AutoPop cash email for exact date.
